Where is FIND?
This map represents the states that observe FIND. Above, the states are divided into districts. Seven distinct districts in all, not all districts include entire states. For example, North Jersey and South Jersey are members of district 3 and district 5 respectively. Districts are not bound together by state lines. Rather, FIND districts are such for convenient geographic proximity. Greater Boston, Maine, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island Connecticut, Western Massachusetts, and Vermont New York City, northern New Jersey, and Long Island all of New York state north of metropolitan New York City Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and Delaware District of Columbia, Maryland, Northern Virginia Central and Southern Virginia
